Event Description

The New Haven Land Trust's Beer & Oysters on the Sound celebrates its 5th year and will return to the historic carousel at Lighthouse Point Park overlooking Long Island Sound. This family-friendly event brings together the bounty of the land and sea to celebrate the success of another great season, supporting community building through gardening, urban farming, land conservation, and environmental education in the New Haven area.

Join us again this year to savor oysters and sample a growing selection of beer from local breweries, micro-breweries, and home-brewers, including Black Hog Brewing, Blue Point Brewing, Connecticut Valley Brewing, Firefly Hollow Brewing, Kinsmen Brewing, New England Brewing, No Worries Brewing, Nod Hill Brewery, Stony Creek Brewery, Two Roads Brewing, home-brewers from the collective Brew Haven and more!

The event also features live music from local artists, food trucks from local vendors, and free carousel rides and games for the whole family!
