Join us for our 12th Annual Edible Book Tea
What is an Edible Book?
It’s made of something you can eat and it looks like a book and/or makes reference to a book title, content, or structure. Last year included, among many others, Slaughterhouse Five - a array of ham, prosciutto, brie and crackers (Katherine Carey and Nicolas Werquin); Madeline - a tray of madeline cookies (Sriya Anbil and Corina Mommaerts); and Grapes of Wrath - a bowl of grapes with googly eyes (Shameel Ahmad). Make a “book” or just come see the show and have tea! There's lots of laughing and lots to eat!
Saturday, April 18, at CAW
9-10 AM: Drop off books and set up display
10-11: Show open to the public
11-12: We will serve tea and eat the books
There is no fee, just bring some tea!
