Event Description
Whether you are getting your produce from the farmer's market or a CSA, join us in the fourth installment of our Health & Wellness Series at Massaro Community Farm. All season long we will be highlighting the benefits of eating local, seasonally available foods, and offering tips for preserving your harvest and preventing premature spoilage. You will walk away with recipe ideas for easy, in season meals.
All workshops in this series will be led by Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Counselor, Sharon See, of Vitalized Wellness from Shelton. All ages are welcome. Suggested donation of $10/pp per class. Registrants accepted on a sliding scale. RSVP Requested: www.Eventbrite.com
