Harvard Business School's Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management-- Scholarship

The Harvard Business School Club of Connecticut Community Partners announces its 2015 scholarship for an exceptional leader of a non-profit organization in Connecticut to attend Harvard Business School’s Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management (SPNM), an intensive, one-week program taught by leading faculty and attended by non-profit executives from around the world. We would like to invite leaders of non-profit organizations in the state to apply for the scholarship.

Over the past 11 years Community Partners has sent 23 leaders from non-profits in the CT, and they unanimously report that SPNM was the most “outstanding executive education experience of their entire careers.”

This year, SPNM will be held at the HBS campus July 12-18, 2015. There are only 2 prerequisites:

  • Applicants must have served in their capacity of Executive Director or Chief Executive Officer for at least one year prior to their application.
  • Their organization must be of sufficient scale to require an annual budget in excess of $500,000.

Jessica Sager, Executive Director and Co-Founder of All our Kin in New Haven was a past winner.

Applications for SPNM can be found at www.hbsconnecticut.org. The deadline for applying is February 6, 2015.
