Art in the Park...relationships at work
The power of community brings people together to collaborate and co-create together. The Chatham Square Neighborhood Association hosted a youth empowerment day called "Art in the Park" in our neighborhood park and this video says it all. The community, some parents, some not, donors of time and donors of money came together to make this event possible for the children of the community. This is a great example of how relational organizing can catalyze hope and constructive progress.

Since its founding in 2004, the New Markets Support Company has managed LISC's federal New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation—currently the largest in the country at $1.2 billion.
