- With the guidance of the recently published New Haven Early Childhood Plan, the New Haven Early Childhood Council works collaboratively with community-based organizations, early care providers, community leaders, NHPS, federal, state and local government, philanthropic organizations, health care providers and parents to ensure that every child in the City of New Haven has access to quality, affordable early care and education and arrives at kindergarten healthy, with the skills, knowledge, and support that prepare him or her to succeed.

Focus: Informing organizations and parents about early care and education, improving access to early care and education, launching a targeted outreach and information campaign to increase participation in early care and education programs and services
