Those of us who work in the non-profit community and or nurture non profit partnerships it can be said often "rely" upon those that are "under developed" for our livelihood. My on going quandary is to understand further how Veterans of Color, have fought for the country since it's inception in spite of full citizenship barriers being erected. I am proud to say that I am a Ct Health Foundation Fellow, Class of 2011 and have been communicating health issues since my days as editor of the Inner City from 1990-2000.
