Event Description

Join The New Haven Preservation Trust for an in-depth workshop of state and federal tax credit options available to developers, builders, architects and investors who are planning to rehabilitate historic buildings in New Haven. Tax credit coordinators Julie Karmelick and Mary Dunne from the State Historic Preservation Office will offer presentations on the various tax credit programs. Ample time for questions will be provided.

Free and open to the public. Pre-registration to info@nhpt.org  or 203-562-5919. This event is co-hosted by The Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund, and is made possible through the support of the State of Historic Preservation Office, Department of Economic and Community Development.
