Come for a tour of Rocky Corner this weekend!
We are on an organic farm of energy efficient homes, just 15 minutes from New Haven.
You will have the opportunity to walk the 33 acre Rocky Corner property, see new homes of all sizes and meet future residents and get your questions about cohousing answered.
We will provide safe tours – all of us will wear masks and maintain 6+ feet of distance. We ask that you stay safe by bringing your own mask and by wearing long pants and sturdy closed shoes as we are still an active construction site.
There has never been a better time to care deeply about community, conservation and cooperatively maintaining our neighborhood together. Last homes for sale now. No RSVP necessary,
