Event Description
Rock the World! A Family Day will take place on Saturday, February 4th from 10 AM – 2:30 PM. The family event highlights the new exhibition, Sentinels, on view at the Museum until May 2012. The event will feature art activities and special guests from the West Rock Nature Center. Children will be able to view some of the depictions of East and West Rocks on display and then create their own artwork inspired by what they see in the gallery. The children’s artwork will be collected for a new exhibition that will be on view at the New Haven Museum during the spring.
