Event Description
- Learn the ins and outs of one of the nation’s most generous rehabilitation incentive programs for individuals with Mary Dunne, Architectural Historian, State Historic Preservation Office and Thea Buxbaum, local preservationist and tax credit user.
- Free and open to the public (with support from the Connecticut Commission on Culture & Tourism and the Westville Village Renaissance Alliance). Please pre-register by June 1st by calling 203-562-5919 or emailing info@nhpt.org.

As a result, they have been able to stabilize their housing costs, upgrade their communities and remain in the places they love.
