A State Basic Health Program (an option available to states through the Affordable Care Act) could provide 75,000 - 100,000 low-incme Connecticut residents with affordable, quality healthcare at no cost to the state.
But the Malloy administration is digging in its heels and siding with private insurers. we need YOUR help to shine a light on the need for this critical reform!
