Event Description

Wallingford Public Library presents Colleen Villano, Fitness Center and Personal Training Supervisor at the Wallingford Family YMCA for an exercise workshop Tuesday, April 7 at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room. This past month the library has offered wellness programs focusing on nutrition and diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The April 7 presentation will focus on the physical aspects of a healthy lifestyle and how adding simple exercises to your daily routine can benefit your health. Colleen Villano is certified as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and LiveStrong cancer exercise trainer; and she the YMCA’s Diabetes Lifestyle Coach, working with individuals to prevent the onset of type II diabetes through diet and exercise.
