Event Description

The City of New Haven will be issuing Elm City ID Cards at Hill Health Center. Please bring proof of New Haven residence and photo ID (passport, Driver’s license or consular ID card), or two of the following:  National ID Card, Current foreign driver’s license, voter registration card, current Visa or ITIN card. Fee is $10, $5 for children.  The card is good for five years.
