Event Description

Reggie is the Music Director of the Living Legacy project of the UUA, co-leading tours through the hallowed Civil Rights ground of the South. He is a Woodrow Wilson Scholar, solo, and in the duo Kim and Reggie Harris, he has led hundreds of programs on Race and Social Justice. Greg Greenway, of the trio Brother Sun, is a prolific songwriter, whose songs, “Rosa Parks” and What Must Be Done” have been played at national conferences and events celebrating diversity. Together and individually, Reggie and Greg have brought the topic and issues of race before audiences all across North America through their program "Deeper Than The Skin."

EPA Awards GRID Alternatives Solar for All Grant

LISC partner GRID Alternatives has been awarded a $249,800,000 Solar for All grant from the EPA to advance renewable and clean energy sources for affordable housing communities across the country. “The grant is an incredible boon to the movement to decarbonize homes and lower energy costs that burden millions of everyday Americans,” said Michael T. Pugh, president and CEO of LISC.
