The Greater New Haven region has many non- profit organizations providing a wide range of services. The people ultimately responsible for the effective and continued operation of these organizations are those who serve as members of the various Boards of Directors/Trustees. These women and men provide countless hours of volunteer time to assist in accomplishing the missions of their organizations. During this session you'll learn best practices in effective board governance.
