The City of New Haven Health Department AND Access Health Connecticut are offering free enrollment assistance at the Hill Health Center, 428 Columbus Avenue, New Haven on January 11, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for those interested in enrolling to receive quality health care coverage. This service is free.    PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL MARCH TO SIGN UP.  Do so on Jan. 11, 2014, 10:AM - 3PM.
